Salman Ali is a Principal in Arthur D. Little’s Madrid office, is a member of the Global Strategy & Organization Practice and responsible for Travel and Transportation activities in Spain. Mr. Ali holds a B.Eng. (Honors) degree in Mechanical Engineering and a M.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering from Imperial College, University of London.
Ignacio is the Managing Partner of the Benelux offices (Brussels and Amsterdam) of Arthur D. Little. He is affiliated to the TIME Practice and to the Strategy, Organization & Corporate Finance Practice. His professional focus is on strategy formulation for high tech companies and network industries (telecommunications, transport and utilities) in fast moving or uncertain environments. His other main areas of involvement are growth strategies, strategic marketing, transaction services and post merger integration. Ignacio holds an MSc (Hons) in Electrical Engineering from Delft University of Technology (Netherlands) and an EMIM (Hons) - European Master's in Management from ESCP Europe (the European School of Management) in Oxford, Madrid and Paris.
Kurt Baes is an Associate Director in Arthur D. Little's Brussels office and responsible for the Operations Management practice in the Benelux. Prior to that, he has managed Arthur D. Little's Shanghai office during three years.
Kurt has gained over thirteen years of strategy and operations management consulting experience in Europe and Asia / China, mainly in the Energy / Utilities, Manufacturing and Chemicals industries. His area of expertise covers market strategy, organisation diagnostic and redesign, change management, post-merger integration, risk and portfolio management, strategic sourcing and overall performance improvement. He is a Belgian national with an MSc degree from K.U.Leuven and an MBA from Cornel University (New York), and speaks Dutch, French, English and German.
Daniel Deneffe is located in our Brussels Office. Daniel has more than 14 years of management consulting experience. His primary focus is in marketing & sales excellence, price and margin management, and growth strategy. He has applied his expertise across many industries, ranging from commodity chemicals and cement to highly specialized medical devices. Daniel is a former Professor in Strategy at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Cornell University.
Jonas is an Associate Director at Arthur D. Little's Stockholm office. He is the Nordic Strategy & Organization Practice Leader. His primary areas of experience are strategy development, M&A analysis (incl. commercial due diligences) and its resulting integration, cost and capital efficiencies, sourcing cost reductions, etc. His primary industrial focus areas are electronics, telecom equipment, private equity, health care providers, etc. Jonas holds dual Master of Sciences degrees, one in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology and another one Business Administration and Economics from Gothenburg School of Economics and Commercial Law.
Alejandro is a Principal at the Madrid Office where he works in the S&O practice. He is also a member of the CFAS practice. Alejandro is an Industrial Engineer from the University Carlos III and holds a MBA from the Goizueta Business School – Emory University
Thomas Kuruvilla is the Managing Partner of Arthur D. Little, Middle East. Thomas is also the Head of the Strategy and Organization practice in South East Asia and Middle East.
Thomas has extensive consulting and operational experience in the Middle East, Europe and South East Asia in the areas of strategy development and implementation, due diligence, merger and acquisitions, and performance management. He has also worked extensively in the areas of turnaround and performance management in various industries.
Wilhelm is Central Europe Strategy & Organization and Corporate Finance Practice Leader with considerable consulting experience. He is also affiliated to the Chemicals, Manufacturing and the Consumer Goods & Retail practices. Wilhelm holds a Beverage Engineering Degree and a Master of Business Administration.
Mario is Managing Director in Arthur D. Little's office in Italy and has extensive experience in management consulting. His primary focus area is expertise in Strategy and Organization and he has worked with most Italian Companies. Mario is a graduate of Politecnico of Milan, where he obtained a degree in Engineering.
François-Joseph Van Audenhove is a Partner based in Arthur D. Little's Brussels office. He is a member of the Strategy & Organization Practice and leads the Benelux’s Travel and Transportation Practice. His functional expertise is focused on strategy & organization, performance improvement, marketing & sales and sustainability. Van Audenhove specializes in the management of complex strategic and organizational transformation programs, notably on transversal topics in the transportation industry such as CSR, competence management, safety and punctuality management.
