Raymond is a French Civil Mines Engineer specialized in metallurgy with a 37 years industrial operational and consulting experience.
Kurt Baes is an Associate Director in Arthur D. Little's Brussels office and responsible for the Operations Management practice in the Benelux. Prior to that, he has managed Arthur D. Little's Shanghai office during three years.
Kurt has gained over thirteen years of strategy and operations management consulting experience in Europe and Asia / China, mainly in the Energy / Utilities, Manufacturing and Chemicals industries. His area of expertise covers market strategy, organisation diagnostic and redesign, change management, post-merger integration, risk and portfolio management, strategic sourcing and overall performance improvement. He is a Belgian national with an MSc degree from K.U.Leuven and an MBA from Cornel University (New York), and speaks Dutch, French, English and German.
Bo Lenerius is Managing Partner of Arthur D. Little Nordic. His professional focus is Operations strategy, Supply chain management, Lean manufacturing and Product planning and development. He has extensive experience from Automotive, Manufacturing, Telecom and Consumer goods industries around the world. Bo received his M.Sc. and Licentiate of Engineering degrees from Chalmers University of Technology.
Carsten Vollrath is Partner and Global Practice Leader Operations Management based in Zürich. He has several years of industrial and consulting experience in the following industries: Automotive & Manufacturing, Retail & Consumer, Energy as well as Travel/Transport/Logistics.
His main consulting focus is on Performance Excellence Programs in the areas of Operations Strategy, Total Value Chain Management, Procurement & Logistics and Manufacturing. He is a specialist for the execution of operational programs with sustainable short-term effects on efficiency and quality improvement as well as cost reduction and is author of numerous publications in influential daily and specialised press as well as congressional and seminar presentations.
Carsten holds a Masters degree in business administration from the University of Cologne and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University and the WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, Vallendar-Germany.
