Carlos Abad is Managing Partner of Arthur D. Little Madrid. He was Managing Director of Sogecable (Digital + and Canal +) and previously had worked as Management Consultant for 11 years.
His areas of experience are Media, Financial Services, Telecom and Corporate Finance.
Carlos is “licenciado” in Business Administration from the Universidad Complutense of Madrid and he is Master in Business Administration from Columbia University (New York) where he was awarded with the Wall Street Journal Award.
Erik is a Director at Arthur D. Little Nordic, based in the Stockholm office. He leads the Nordic TIME (Telecommunications, IT, Media and Electronics) and FSG (Financial Services) practices. He is also a member of the Global TIME and Global FSG Practices and is Global Head of Marketing for the FSG practice. His professional focus is strategy & organization. During many years as a professional adviser, Erik has assisted a range of leading Northern European telecom, financial services and private equity players on strategy, operational improvements and M&A related activities. He holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration with a specialisation in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics.
Petter is the leader of the Global Strategy & Organization, Private Equity and Corporate Finance Practice in the Stockholm office of Arthur D. Little. He is affiliated to the TIME, Health Care and Public Sector practices. His professional focus is on strategy & organization and financial advice to private equity and industrial investors pre and post transactions (e.g. due diligence, valuation, strategy, change management, post merger integration) and governance issues faced by corporations, investors, governments and multi-lateral organizations. Petter holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics and the Rotterdam School of Management.
Sukgeun (SG) Lee has been Managing Partner of Arthur D. Little Korea. Mr. Lee was involved in various global and local engagements on strategy, M&A, and process innovation topics for financial institutions, telecommunication firms, manufacturers, and public sectors. He was involved in many government advisor roles in Korea. Mr. Lee is the author of a couple of books on M&A, Corporate restructuring and New Media. Sukgeun holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Graduate School of Business at University of Chicago, a Master of banking and financial studies at Heriot-Watt University UK as a FCO scholar and Summa Cum Laude Bachelor degree at Sogang University. He began his career at a leading strategy consulting firm in 1995.
