Administrative assistant (Shanghai)
Job Description:
Responsible for daily office routine work, such as answering telephone calls, receiving visitors, distributing letters, faxes and couriers, preparing business name cards, filing, duplication and biding of documents, etc.
Book tickets, make hotel reservations and transportation arrangement as required
Collect and verify information on timecards and prepare weekly timecard report and capacity report
Prepare and handle the daily payment and file cash and petty cash vouchers
Issue invoices and update bank balance report
Organize and update agendas and arrange appointments, set up and coordinate meetings and conferences
Prepare expense reimbursement for leaders
Other office administration supporting assigned.
Requirements:
College degree or above, at least 1 year of HR/Finance experience in multi-national companies
Excellent communication skills with fluent English and Mandarin, both orally and in writing
Team player
Responsible and dedicated to work
Eager to learn and willing to work under high pressure
